Refunds

Divan Diamonds will be pleased to give a refund on goods returned in the span of 28 working days from the date of dispatch.

All refunds and returns are subject to the conditions that are as follows:
  • The goods has to be in the same condition when dispatched, not worn or damaged; inclusive with all wrapping, purchase receipt, any warranty booklets and certificates.
  • The goods are non-customised in nature; not specifically made-to-order, personalised, accustomed or altered in any manner.
  • The goods are not sale commodities/ merchandise.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS
Your authorised right to cancel an agreement initiates post-dispatch confirmation, which is whilst the contract between us is prepared. In case, the products are delivered, you have a span of 10 working days in which you may terminate and return the merchandise, initiating from the day after the day you accept the products. Working days suggests that public holidays or Saturdays, and Sundays are not incorporated in this period.

You can also save the copy of your cancellation notice for your personal records. If you want your cancellation to be in effect from the date you sent us the e-mail, then you can send a cancellation notice via email. If you call us for cancellation, then we shall term the cancelation from the date you call us.

Kindly pack your jewellery firmly and send it through Special First Class Delivery to Divan Diamonds.

ORDERS PLACED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE
You may terminate your order for a complete refund for any cause up to the 28th day after receiving order. This refund is only obtainable if the product is intact, in an original form and is reimbursed with its original packaging and due certificate. You should also maintain proof of purchase. Kindly note that all jewelry returned will be tested by our specialists to confirm it is same as initially sent, by our firm to you, before a refund is processed.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED GOODS
In the uncertain event that you get your product(s) in a damaged or scratched form, please inform us at the earliest. Further, these products will be dealt with in adherence with our returns procedure. Note: Any item that is found to be damaged which is not our fault will be indicted at the applicable rate.
