You may return your item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange for another item. All our jewellery is guaranteed for 5 years against manufacturing faults. Please note: If you have an item repaired, resized or polished by anyone other than Divan Diamonds, it will render your warranty with us invalid.


All refunds and exchanges are subject to the conditions that are as follows:
  • The goods have to be in the same condition when dispatched, not worn or damaged; inclusive of all wrapping, purchase receipt, any warranty booklets and certificates.
  • The goods are non-customised in nature; not specifically made-to-order, personalised, or altered in any manner.
  • The goods are not sale commodities/merchandise.

Please send the item and all accompanying documents and the presentation box, back to us here – Dai Tien Ltd, Lower Ground Floor, Colonial Buildings, 59-61 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8LS.


How do I send it back?

Please return the item to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery.


Do I need to return my paperwork?

Please return all documentation, including any diamond certification that you received.


How long will the refund process take?

As soon as we receive your item back, we will process your refund that very same day. However, please be aware that it can take up to 7 working days before the money reaches your account as this is due to your bank's own refund procedures.

Faulty and damaged goods

In the unfortunate event you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, Divan Diamonds strives to provide you with a replacement for your item or a refund if no stock is available. We are able to do this instore or online. 

To bring the fault to our attention in store, please take your item along with your invoice contained within your parcel to our workshop at: Dai Tien Diamonds Ltd, Lower Ground Floor, Colonial Buildings, 59-61 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8LS.

We will assess the item and if needed we will send this to our Quality Control department to investigate.

You can also send the item back to our workshop, to do this please provide a covering letter with the fault to the product, the invoice, certification and any other documentation you received when you purchased the item, along with any background information to help us review the item. Then send the item back through your local post office. Your item will go to the QC department and our customer services team will get in touch to arrange a replacement or refund.
